Peaceful location, really good cleanliness, delicious food, attentive staff, large swimming pool.

We had an amazing ski vacation at a charming hotel in the heart of the Austrian Alps. the hotel had a perfect location near the slopes, allowing us to easily access the ski lifts right on our doorstep. the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of skiing. the staff were friendly and eager to please, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to fuel us for the day ahead. Plus, the hotel had fantastic facilities, including a sauna and a table tennis area, keeping our family entertained during our downtime.

We did encounter some language barriers as the staff didn't seem too comfortable speaking English.

Great relaxing atmosphere, a small outdoor pool with the best view ever!!! a perfect getaway with your family or for a romantic holiday, the junior suite was nice and new with breathtaking view of the mountains, wonderful playing area for the kids that can be supervised by parents from the eating terrace.in the valley it self there are many activities for kids and sport, some of them were free or discounted with the free Joker card given to us by the hotel.Overall a great vacation if like the Austria.P.S our kid was really impressed by the chocolate fountain in the desert buffet.

All the instructions were only in German and also most of the staff didn't speak any English or Italian in our case, we must say that it was nice to have the menu printed out for us in Italian .food in general was OK for Austria but maybe not quiet what the Italians are used to eat.

It was great.Espacially family type menagament and shown hospitality and good intention.

This hotel was simply amazing! It was located right in front of the slopes and had ski-in/ski-out access. the breakfast buffet was extensive and offered a lot of variety. the staff were friendly and helpful with everything we needed. the rooms were spacious, neat, and had a beautiful balcony where we could enjoy stunning views of the mountains.

The hotel was quite far from the town, and it was difficult to find transportation to get there. the walk to the hotel from the nearest lift was also quite steep, which could be a challenge for some people.

I had a fantastic stay at a small family-run hotel with a peaceful setting. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a large outdoor swimming pool for a refreshing swim and fitness. The rooms were neat and clean, and the maids were practically invisible. The location was ideal, right on the outskirts of Hinterglemm with access to different areas and beautiful scenery. The breakfast was delicious with a buffet and the staff were super friendly.

The food served during the Christmas celebration was amazing, with lots of variety and festive flair. The location was perfect for skiing as we were close to the slopes and ski in/ski out access. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The lack of communication in English was frustrating, especially when trying to get information about the area or activities. The organization of the hotel was also lacking as we had to pay full price for the operating lifts because we didn't receive our guest cards until the day we were leaving.
